split silver birch

Finished the first part of my latest drawing, its gonna be art of a much bigger picture of the rest of the tree.

The leaves right now are awesome because they're all drying up and curling over, reminds me of baroque scrollwork.
Speaking of Finsbury Park, I was up London from Sat-Tues. On Monday I was left to wander round for a few hours on my own. Got lost in the Tate, fed the pigeons in Trafalgar square (naughty apparently) learned to use the choobe 'n' all! Ended up sat in a cafe opposite the Lyceum attempting to draw the 'axis bar' building. London's lush.
